Practical Basketball updates

There is no public patch-note essay. What exists is a chain of dates you can point at: when the experience was created, when trailers went up, when the record was updated, and when the title changed. I will not invent a patch number.

Dates you can check

• 12 Apr 2025 — ALPHA experience created.
• 1 Mar 2026 — a different author’s same-name place went public, later restricted.
• 16 Apr 2026 — OUT NOW experience created.
• 24 Jul 2026 — Final Tease trailer.
• 26 Jul 2026 — Stress Test 3 launch trailer.
• 12 Aug 2026 — Thank You For Everything. Description: “We'll be back soon.”
• 24 Oct 2026 — Official release trailer. It names Ranked Rec, Blacktop matchmaking, a season pass, gym customization, and new animations.
• 30 Oct 2026 — release. Tracker timeline: renamed to ALPHA. OUT NOW record updated 22:04 UTC.
• Latest ALPHA record update: 2026-11-02T04:40:55.904Z. Code pages listed 100M by 1 Nov 2026.

Stress Test 4 is not a phase

Every dated source stops at Stress Test 3, a window the community places from 29 Jul to 12 Aug 2026. After that the next event is the October release. “Stress test 4 practical basketball” is a search phrase with no matching announcement. I am not hinting that it is “coming soon.” No matching announcement appears in the linked public sources as of 2 Nov 2026.

What does 2.0 refer to?

The linked developer materials do not use the name 2.0. Searches for “2.0 codes” are looking for the full release under a nickname. Calling the October launch “2.0” is a guess people make, and I label it as a guess. Hoop Journey, a 2023 experience in the same community, is also not a prior season of this game.
